Tinyme personalised products are custom made to order (that's right, we don't hold stock of products with names such as Tigerlilly or Apple). We will make your order according to your specifications and usually dispatch it within 6 business days. If you need it in a real rush, you can select "Rush Order", which includes express production and express post (see relevant help section).
As a guide, you will typically receive your order within the following timeframes:
Standard Delivery
• Melbourne: 6 Business days
• NSW, remote VIC, SA, Brisbane: 7-8 Business days
• QLD (ex-Brisbane): 9 Business days
• Rest of Australia: 12 Business Days

For delivering the goods, Tinyme uses the trusty folks at Australia Post Parcel service. The cost of Postage and Handling is added to your order after any discounts or specials have been subtracted.
4 Rush Order
If you need your order in a real rush, you can select "Rush Order" for a flat rate of $14.95. This includes express production and express post (not available for 61x61cm canvas, or orders over 3kg).
No matter where you are in Australia you will receive your Rush Order within 3-4 business days - GUARANTEED*.

6 Customer pick up
For those customers who want to call in, we offer a customer pick up option. This option is free of delivery charges.
Once we have made your order, one of our friendly Customer Service Team will contact you by email, SMS or phone to let you know it is ready to collect. Orders can take up to 6 business days to be made according to your specifications.
Our pick up address is 1A/162 Rooks Rd, Nunawading VIC 3131.
Customer pickups are available from Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.
7 Rush Customer pick up
If you’re in a real hurry and want to come and collect your order, we offer a customer pick up option. We will expedite your order through production to ensure its available in speedy time.
Once we have made your order, one of our friendly Customer Service Team will contact by email, SMS or phone.
Rush customer pick ups will be available within 2 business days from ordering. The cost of this service is $5.95.
