How to apply
Tinyme wall stickers and wall decals will stick to most clean flat surfaces and even some textured surfaces. Before applying your height chart you should make sure your surface is clean and not dusty. For freshly painted walls you should allow a three week drying period.
Start by measuring 50cm from the ground to the bottom of where the height chart will be placed. You can use the handy positioning guides on your height chart to measure the correct distance.
Next, carefully peel the height chart sticker off the backing paper and stick onto the wall. Gently rub over the surface of the wall sticker with a soft cloth or with the back of your hand from the centre outwards, pushing out any air bubbles.
All done. Hooray!
How to remove
To remove, carefully lift a corner and whilst folding the sticker back on itself slowly peel off. Our wall stickers shouldn't damage your wall, but it's important to be careful when removing in case the wall has been poorly prepared before painting. If you are concerned, or if the wall offers resistance, heat with a hairdryer while removing. The backing paper is a good place to store your stickers.
Writing on your height chart
Writing on height charts ordered since 16th July 2012:
Go ahead and write on your height chart to record your little ones becoming less little. Please note any markings on your height chart will be permanent. For best results we recommend using a permanent marker. Avoid using water-based markers or pens, as they may smudge. If you’re unsure, test on a small area such as the label and leave for a few minutes to see if it dries.
Writing on height charts ordered prior to 16th July 2012:
Please note any marking will be permanent. For best results we recommend using a water-based marker pen. Avoid using permanent markers or ballpoint pens, as they will cause bleeding long term. If you're unsure, test on a small area such as the label and leave for a week to show if it will bleed.
