Very visible jagged edge in the back cover. I like the personalization and artwork, but the way it’s done doesn’t warrant the price.

Border between poor & good only because my order was somehow suspended not sure why and when I rang up they couldn't find my file after repeating myself a few times then finally they found me and my order and I'm surprised I wasn't contacted regarding this error... As I waited over five days before I rang again looking for my order when I also paid for express postage. If I didn't call back to check my order no one would have called me to finalise my order.not happy
